Prices in USD. Effective cost is lower after auto-refunds on unused data (typically 5–15% reduction depending on customer profile). Directional as of Q3 2026 — call the API for live rates.
How pricing works.
You set retail.
Price the eSIM however you want in your own product. Match retail, discount it as a customer perk, or bundle it inside a package deal — it's your P&L.
You pay retail minus your tier discount.
Every activation is debited from your prepaid credit balance at your tier's discount off our published retail. No hidden fees, no per-transaction surcharges.
Unused data auto-refunds to you.
When a customer barely uses a plan (< 5% by default), your activation cost is refunded back to your credit balance. You choose whether to pass that on — most partners do.
Volume moves you up automatically.
We look at your rolling 30-day spend and move you to the next tier the moment you cross the threshold. No re-negotiation, no invoice surprises.
Pricing questions.
Are these prices real or illustrative?
Illustrative. Real per-plan prices are live in the API — call POST /v1/plans/search or GET /v1/plans/:id from your account. The rates above are directionally accurate for the Starter tier as of Q3 2026 and change as our catalog evolves.
How does my discount tier get calculated?
We look at your trailing 30-day activation spend. When you cross a tier threshold, the new rate applies to your next activation — you don't get retroactively rebated, but you don't get penalized for a slow month either.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. You can activate one $6 eSIM a month and pay $6. Below ~$100/mo you'll mostly be self-serving via docs; support is community-driven at that scale.
Do I need a contract?
Not under $10k MRR. Above that, we'll draft a mutual services agreement covering SLA, data processing, and payment terms. Standard boilerplate — most partners sign in a week.
How does the auto-refund affect my unit economics?
For a typical travel bundle (customer buys 5 GB, uses 1.5 GB), the auto-refund credits you back your full activation cost on any plan where the customer used < 5% of data. In practice this reduces your effective activation spend by 5-15% depending on your customer profile.
Can I bundle multiple eSIMs into one order?
Yes — POST /v1/orders/bulk takes up to 500 orders per call. Common pattern for tour operators pre-provisioning by tour departure.
What happens if a plan doesn't work in the destination?
We refund your full activation cost to your credit balance, and provision a replacement plan on us. Documented in our Fair Usage & Refund policy — same rules that apply to our direct consumers.
Are top-ups priced differently?
Same tier discount, same pricing model. Your customer's existing eSIM keeps its LPA; you just POST /v1/orders/:id/topup with a new planId and they keep going.
